As any other graphic arts centre, we provide finishing for printed materials, which is divided into compulsive and decorative ones.
Compulsive finishing includes the following: cutting, creasing, folding, binding and stitching. All other types are decorative ones.

We provide the following finishing types:

High-quality, accurate cutting increases the effect by the appearance of the products

Creasing is making the straight grooves on a sheet of paper. Creasing is used in cases where there is likelihood of damage to the paint layer by simple folding of paper of sufficient density (over 170 g/m2) or cardboard. The groove itself is called as a crease.

Folding is folding the printed sheets in the workbook. The workbooks are fold according to the format, thus it is necessary to observe the correct sequence of pages. Folding is used for the production of brochures, catalogues, booklets and so on. Creasing and folding are necessarily used in the manufacture of printed heavy paper or cardboard products to ensure that the creases are not cracked and the paint and printing products are neat.

Binding is used in the manufacture of brochures, catalogues and other products with paperback, i.e. without a firm binding. Binding is carried out by the clip and the coil (spring). The clipped brochures may consist of 48 sheets and are usually used for the manufacture instructions. The binding springs may be of different diameters and different colours, depending on the case.

Rigid cover is used in the publication of books, textbooks, encyclopaedias, and etc. In recent years the rigid cover of diplomas, dissertations and abstracts has become fashionable.

Lamination is a special transparent film covering a variety of sheet printing products and documents. The main purpose of lamination is to protect documents from external destructive influence. The lamination film has a different thickness 32 to 250 microns and is used depending on the destination. Documents may be laminated on one or both sides. Lamination can be glossy and matte or velvet one.

Lamination helps you to protect badge, pocket calendars, menus in cafes and restaurants and so on from intensive abrasion.
